Resumo

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar, através de revisão bibliográfica, a importância da Ginástica Laboral na prevenção de doenças ocupacionais. Para tanto, foi feito um breve histórico sobre as Lesões por Esforços
Repetitivos (LER) e os Distúrbios Osteomusculares
Relacionados ao Trabalho (DORT), assim como sobre
Ginástica Laboral, analisando-se os aspectos relacionados às LER/DORT, os diferentes métodos de Ginástica Laboral, bem como os resultados positivos obtidos através desta ginástica. Das evidências apresentadas por diferentes autores, ressalta-se a importância da Ginástica Laboral no alívio das dores corporais, na diminuição dos casos de
LER/DORT, no aumento da produtividade e no maior retorno financeiro para empresas.

The objective of this study was to check, through a bibliographical revision, the importance of Labor
Gymnastics in the prevention of the occupational diseases.
Therefore, it was done a brief study about the Lesions by
Repetitive Efforts (LER), Osteomusculars Trouble Related to Work (OTRW) and Labor Gymnastics. Also, it was analyzed, in literature, aspects related to the LER/OTRW and different methods of Labor Gymnastics. However, from all the evidences showed by different authors, the best results of Labor Gymnastics were: the relief of corporal pains, the reduction of LER and OTRW cases, the increase of production and, as a consequence, a bigger financial return to the companies.
