RESUMO
Este trabalho fala sobre O comportamento Organizacional, o estudo da estrutura, do funcionamento e do desempenho das organizações, bem como o comportamento dos grupos e indivíduos dentro dela, com o propósito de utilizar esse conhecimento para promover a melhoria da eficácia organizacional. Para ter sucesso nas metas da organização, temos que ser eficiente no trabalho a ser desenvolvido. Ser eficiente é fazer o que foi proposto correto, sem erros e que se destaque dos outros pela qualidade do plano executado. Eficácia é ser eficiente para alcançar o propósito. Concluímos que ao estuda o Comportamento Organizacional, deve-se basear em métodos científicos, ter uma visão sistêmica e não focar apenas no presente.

ABSTRACT
This paper discusses organizational behavior, the study of the structure, functioning and performance of organizations and the behavior of groups and individuals within it, in order to use this knowledge to promote the improvement of organizational effectiveness. To succeed in the goals of the organization, we have to be efficient at work to be developed. Being efficient is to do what was proposed correct, error-free and that stands out from the others by the quality of the executed plan. Efficacy is to be effective to achieve the purpose. We conclude that the study Organizational Behavior, must be based on scientific methods, have a systemic and not just focus on the present.
