RESUMO

O presente trabalho se propõe a apresentar um case-study de integração de melhores práticas em Tecnologia de Informação definidas pela organização internacional OGC (Office of Governant Commerce) designadas e definidas em sua metodologia ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). Cada vez mais as organizações se posicionam como tendo a Tecnologia da Informação como fator estratégico e necessário para a melhoria de seu desempenho e competitividade no mundo dos negócios. Existe uma grande dificuldade na aferição e controle dos produtos e serviços de TI, ao mesmo tempo em que surge um consenso de que as adoções das melhores práticas em TI produzem os melhores resultados.

ABSTRACT

The present work is proposed to present a case-study of integration on best practices in Information Technology defined by the international organization OGC (Office of Governant Commerce) assigned and defined in its methodology ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library). More and more the organizations are positioned like having the Information Technology as necessary and strategic factor for the improvement of his performance and competitiveness in business world. There is a big difficulty on checking and controlling products of IT service, at the same time in that arises a consensus that the best practices adoptions in IT produce the best results.
