Five Sitel clients were among the top ten companies mentioned in 2007's Harris Interactive Annual Best Brands Survey for brand leadership. The list reflects the results of an online survey of 2,372 U.S. adults in which respondents were asked to name three brands they consider best. Holiday Autos - Bronze Award for “Best Car Hire” from the British Travel Awards. The British Travel Awards accolade is one of the most coveted prizes in the travel industry as it is voted by the customer. Sitel has been providing customer service for this client since 2008. The entire Sitel team is proud to have played a part in Holiday Autos’ success and helping them be the “Best Car Hire” available. One of the leading digital television service providers tied for the highest score for customer satisfaction among satellite and cable TV companies rated by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). Sitel provides customer care, technical support, and sales programs for this client from multiple geographies.
