Abstract Today the personal relations into the work area ask for new performs from their workers; leaders or not.. The review and development of the new manager habilities should provides some continuos changes from the self-knowledge to the self-growing of each person That means a challenge for the studies in the field of the human relations. Every time more and more to manager means to learn for people and organizations what should add new perceptions, possibilities and values for the business world as well as. The communication is the focus in the way of building relations and using the feedback process to learn with. As Covey (1991) says, the vision we have from ourselves doesn’t affect only our attitudes and behavior but also our vision from the others. This paper is about an exercise called Janela de Johari that can be used in Leaders Training and Development Programs. The main idea is to show how one can learn about human perception, feedback process and new performs by taking the exercise itself or even in group. The paper also provides some readings and discussions about the Leader habilities for the next millennium. Key Words: personal relation, perception, leadership.
