Amanda Resumo Este artigo tem como meta a investigao da gesto democrtica na educao infantil procurando identificar as aes deste mtodo na prtica diria dos gestores que atuam em escolas de educao infantil. Sendo que, o objetivo principal uma anlise a sua base terica onde podemos analisar a atuao dos gestores em prtica da gesto democrtica. Com os resultados obtidos nesta pesquisa, pode-se dizer que as aes da gesto educacional esto intimamente interligadas a concepo da educao infantil, refletindo significativamente nas aes praticadas pelo gestor. Embora com o crescimento e os avanos tericos com que passaram a educao infantil e a gesto educacional notasse que a gesto da instituio nitidamente caracterizada com um elevado ndice de burocracia, bem como uma centralizao administrativa. Abstract This article aims to investigate the democratic management in early childhood education seeking to identify the actions of this method in daily practice managers working in preschools.
