RESUMO

Neste trabalho será abordada a Gestão de conhecimento, seu conceito e finalidade para a empresa e para o funcionário em si, tratando sobre a importância do investimento no capital humano para o engrandecimento das empresas, independente de seu mercado, público-alvo ou forma de se trabalhar, tais como uma empresa brasileira especializada em decorações e o Cirque du Soleil, exemplo de excelência no tocante a logística, organização e sucesso empresarial.

ABSTRACT

This work will be addressed knowledge management, its concept and purpose for the company and for the employee itself, treating about the importance of investment in human capital for the growth of companies, regardless of your market, target audience or way of work, such as a Brazilian company specializing in decorations and Cirque du Soleil, example of excellence with regard to logistics, organization and business success.
