The Small-Sided Games (SG) have assumed a significant role in the training\teaching process of the game, being a valuable instrument to the Coach intervention.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the SG, in a situation of defence/attack, with equal and numeric superiority, concerning the implications on the technical\tactical behaviour and in the variability of Heart Rate (HR).
We used 12 players from a club that competes at the district level, with the average of ages between 12,3 (0,9) years, years of practice of 3,0 (1,1) years, weight of 47,2 (10,1) kg and the height of 156 (11) cm. Thru a system of manual noting it was register the frequency of the
Technical/Tactic indicators and with the Polar Team System it was made the evaluation of the
HR, in SG situations of 6X6 and 6X5 (in the space of 60X40m), during 10 minutes.
To the statistic analyses of the scores we referred to the descriptive statistic procedures. We used the non parametric test of “Wilcoxon” and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software (SPSS V.16.0) to data treat. The significance level used was P 90% of the HRmáx).
The two (6x6 e 6x5) SG used solicited elevated physiological demands in young players. The outnumber superiority promoted a higher frequency on the repeating of the offensive
Technical/Tactic indicators, increased the exercise degree intensity.
