DECISION MAKING BASED ON THE DATA AND FACTS ANALYSIS:
A OBSERVATIONAL STUDY IN THE LIGHT OF THE FILM ‘TWELVE ANGRY

The object of study this article it’s the movie 'Twelve Angry Man' directed by Lumet (1957) and Friedkin (1997). The criteria for choosing for use of this movie were based on wealth that brings their content to the social sciences, particularly for Administration, and in fact revolve around the theme 'decision making', through careful analysis of data and facts. The methodological approach is consistent with the qualitative research, method phenomenological and observational study in filmic analysis. The general objective defined was investigating the strategy of filmic analysis in the management of educational projects, in light of the thematic decision making. The question was answered by the analysis of observations protocols, and the interviews, showing that the effectiveness of the use of film lies in simulation that distance the individual from exposure to embarrassment and increment of its reflection by observing the behaviors of the characters. The results have reinforced the mobilizer power of the decisionmaking process and confirmed that observational studies as a didactical resource are educational projects, from prospects of teaching, development, intervention, research, learning, by making be noted in the field of Administration.
