Abstract The world and the current society live a moment of deep transformations. Concepts are appearing and being adapted. The Knowledge Management appears as alternative in the managerial ambit. Information Technology, allied to new products and concepts it is generating innovation in the companies management. The organizations to each generation, year, event suffers changes that are worsened by the economical recession that reaches most of the countries above all the emergent ones. The present work tries to place what it is being written, thought and visualized in terms of those three slopes that are progenitors of the process of generation of the innovation. Besides, it intends to provide reflections concerning those new tendencies, making an abbreviation bibliographical revision of the most varied authors that treat of the knowledge management, information management, competitive intelligence, intellectual capital, information technology, innovation, ethics, social exclusion, modernity, among other important themes evidenced in this century end.
