Gestão de Pessoas. E os objetivos Específicos foram: discutir sobre o atual contexto de Gestão de Pessoas, analisar o papel da liderança na conjuntura presente e identificar o que significa o conceito motivação dentro das organizações. Visando atingir os objetivos desta pesquisa, foi escolhida a metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica buscando fontes de informação sobre este assunto. O tema abordado pertence à linha de estudo em Administração
Pessoal, em outras palavras está inserido dentro da área de Gestão de
Pessoas e mais especificadamente o quesito liderança. Em suma, este artigo buscou trazer elementos que auxiliem a categoria a pensar teoricamente o papel do líder no que se refere à motivação da equipe.

ABSTRACT
This article aims to understand generally what is the role of leadership with regard to the motivation of staff within the current context of Personnel
Management. And specific objectives were: to discuss the current context of
Personnel Management, to analyze the role of leadership in this situation and identify what does the concept of motivation in organizations. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, we chose the research methodology literature seeking sources of information on this subject. The theme discussed belongs to the line of study in Personnel Administration, in other words is inserted into the area of People Management and leadership more specifically the item.
