Abstract:
Women today have a versatility in capacities for the realization of the most varied tasks.
However, although already emancipated, never ceased to of more traditional tasks which comes to them keeping up with over the course of time, as is the case with your role of mother, wife, and slitting of domestic work. But, in spite of increased responsibilities at the professional level and even family, women were attached to a further letter, which is the academic life, but exactly the higher education.
Thus, this review aims to illustrate the combination of all the tasks undertaken by women, the difficulties that they face, and above all make known to future managers of human resources, how important is the knowledge of these realities for a strategic management of people, without ever neglecting the idea that, whenever possible, try to reconcile the maximum professional life with the personal life of workers.

As mulheres hoje apresentam uma versatilidade na capacidade para a realização das mais variadas tarefas.
