OS SENTIDOS DA INTEGRALIDADE DA ASSISTÊNCIA À SAÚDE: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA ISABEL KAROLYNE FERNANDES COSTA1 SEVERINA ALICE DA COSTA UCHOA2 ISABELLE KATHERINNE FERNANDES COSTA3 RODRIGO ASSIS NEVES DANTAS4 RESUMO Integralidade é uma palavra com múltiplos significados. Nessa perspectiva objetivamos realizar uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre a incidência de estudos que abordem a integralidade à saúde na base de dados da Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde; revisar a literatura sobre a integralidade da assistência à saúde, estudada durante as aulas da disciplina de Políticas e Práticas em Saúde, oferecida no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Enfermagem da UFRN. Encontramos 193 produções científicas, houve uma pequena queda no número de publicações sobre a temática nos últimos anos, tendo os resumos como forma predominante de publicação. Na análise dos sentidos da integralidade conforme Mattos (2001), observamos que ainda há uma prevalência de publicações no sentido de medicina integral. From this perspective we tried to perform a literature search on the incidence of studies that address the whole health in the database of the Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences; to review the literature on the integrality health care, studied in class the discipline of Health Politic and Practice, offered in the Post-Graduate Nursing UFRN. We found 193 scientific production, there was a slight decrease in the number of publications on the subject in recent years, and the summaries as the predominant form of publication. In the analysis of sense of integrality as Mattos (2001), we observed that there is a prevalence of publications to integrative medicine.
