Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar uma questão utilizada na pesquisa Leitura e Escrita em
Sala de Aula com Base na Teoria dos Gêneros de Textos – GENERA 2. Esta pesquisa, realizada em parceria com a Secretaria Municipal da Educação de Caxias do Sul (SMED), previa a aplicação de pré-teste e de pós-teste em escolas que serviram como grupo de experimento e grupo de controle. O objetivo dos testes era avaliar o desempenho dos alunos de quintas séries do Ensino Fundamental no início e no final do ano letivo, durante o qual, os professores das escolas de experimento realizaram oficinas pedagógicas com o objetivo de examinar alternativas metodológicas com base em leitura e produção de textos de diversos gêneros trabalhados nas diferentes áreas do Ensino Fundamental.

Abstract: This paper to analyze a question used in the research Reading and Writing in
Classroom Based in the Genre Theory of the of the Textual Genre - GENERA 2. This research, carried through partnership with the Department of the Education of Caxias of Sul
