A SÍNDROME DE KLINEFELTER: CARACTERIZAÇÃO E PRESSUPOSTOS
INCLUSIVOS

RESUMO: Esse trabalho objetiva descrever a Síndrome de Klinefelter (SK) a nível genotípico e fenotípico e traz reflexões sobre as práticas educacionais inclusivas que podem ser aplicadas a esses alunos com déficit cognitivo. Teoricamente, a pesquisa foi fundamentada em Vigotski e metodologicamente, para o alcance dos objetivos propostos, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica em artigos da área biomédica. Sabe-se que a SK vem desde 1942 sendo descrita por diversos ramos biomédicos, mas estudos que retratam sobre o desenvolvimento cognitivo desses alunos e as ações inclusivas a serem tomadas pelos profissionais da educação são escassos e merecem destaque.
Como resultados dessa pesquisa destaca-se a importânciado diagnóstico precoce do indivíduo portador dessa síndrome, bem como o reconhecimento do fenótipo e do genótipo do indivíduo com a síndrome para que possamos superar suas limitações/restrições e valorizar as suas potencialidades.

This paper aims to describe the Klinefelter syndrome (KS) genotypic and phenotypic level and reflects on the inclusive educational practices that can be applied to those students with cognitive impairment.
Theoretically, the research was based on Vygotsky and methodologically, to achieve the proposed objectives, we performed a literature search of articles in the biomedical area. It is known that SK has since 1942 been described by several biomedical fields, but studies that show on the cognitive development of students and inclusive actions to be taken by education professionals are scarce and are worth mentioning. The results of this research highlights the importance of early diagnosis of individuals with this syndrome, as well as recognition of the phenotype and genotype of the individual with the syndrome so that we can overcome their
