A PREVIDÊNCIA SOCIAL NA PERSPECTIVA DO CONCEITO DE SEGURIDADE
SOCIAL:
a reforma do estado e seus rebatimentos na reversão desta lógica

RESUMO

Com a reconquista da democracia, e a adoção do princípio da universalidade de direitos, a Seguridade Social brasileira na CF de 1988 abrangeu três áreas de atuação do Estado. Porém, é vista como sistema híbrido, que emparelha, mas não integra princípios competitivos pelos quais tem de orientar a sua pratica: contributivos de um lado e distributivos de outro. Constituí-se num sistema de proteção social, compondo-se de um amplo leque de benefícios e cobertura ao trabalhador, tem rebatimento tanto de ordem nacional como mundial, do capitalismo. Permanecem inalteradas as relações capital x trabalho, reafirmando-se o domínio do capital, mesmo que incorporem-se reivindicações dos trabalhadores.

ABSTRACT

With the reconquest of the democracy, and the adoption of the beginning of the universality of rights, Brazilian Social Protection of The Federal
Constitution 1988 included three areas of performance of the State. However, it is seen as a hybrid system, that it matches, but it doesn't integrate competitive beginnings for the which it has to guide yours practices: contribute one side and distribute the other. I was constituted in a system of social protection, being composed from a wide range of benefits and covering to the worker, has consequences as much of national order as world championship, of capitalism. They unaffect the relationships between capitalism and work, reaffirming the domain of the capital, even if it incorporates the workers' claims.
