I am writing my business case for you to compare and think about my current situation and the business. I wrote down some of my ideas to increase the sales, budget and few things that in my opinion are important.
As we spoke last week, if we could do a” bogof “ it would give to the company a new start and fresh air about the new season products, with that I think the customers will be motivated to come and see the offer.
I also would like to mention about my job and skills that I am trying to develop to achieve some of my aims into the company. AS you may know I’ve been working to improve myself as a partner and person, paying more attention and finishing my tasks on time.
I’ve been working for the company about 3 years right now and, would like to say to you, I have a strong sense of communication and really enjoy work together as a part of the team. That is one of the reasons why I would like to have the chance to be interviewed for the supervisor position available in the shop.
Nowadays, I think it would be a great solution for the business to promote someone who already know how the company works, it’s rules, objectives, products, procedures and team work. And I know everything about that! I understand the necessity and big responsibility of been a Leader, professional, multitask, and fully flexible at the same time.
