RESUMO- O estudo proposto tem como objetivo adquirir um conhecimento sob o enfoque jurídico da eutanásia, fazendo assim, uma pesquisa voltada à dignidade da pessoa humana e dos direitos fundamentais atribuídos a Constituição Federal, bem como de aspectos criminais, ressaltando que o tema pesquisado é de relevância social, moral, ético, religioso e jurídico. Assim, a realização desta pesquisa é voltada diretamente a interesses de toda a sociedade, a fim de que a mesma compreenda tais questões e sua importância e aplicação para os dias atuais. Para isso o estudo abordará a eutanásia no campo da bioética, religião e jurídico. Para tal estudo será utilizado da doutrina jurídica, definições doutrinárias no campo da ética e própria lei.

ABSTRACT- The proposed study aims to acquire knowledge from a legal approach to euthanasia , by doing so, research focused on human dignity and fundamental rights attributed to the Federal Constitution and criminal aspects , pointing out that the research topic is of relevance social , moral , ethical , religious and legal . For this study will address euthanasia in ethics , religion and legal . For this study will be used legal doctrine , doctrinal definitions in ethics and the law itself .
