ABSTRACT: One of the most important focuses of a company that intends to survive and to be competitive, should be the capacitation, training and employees’ motivation. The human resources are very important to the organizations and, because of that, the subject Motivation comes deserving prominence in the managerial scenery. This theme has been very researched and these theories are being questioned thoroughly. The objective of this paper is clarify some things about this subject, demonstrating what really is motivation, distinguishing two different terms that a lot of times are confuses (Motivation and Conditioning) and pointed out some of the news motivation’s theories.
