Borland Turbo Delphi is available in two editions: Professional and Explorer.

Turbo Delphi Professional is an extensible and customizable solution including 200+ pre-built drag and drop components providing everything you need to start real Delphi development today, as well as an extendable environment for build-your-own and third party components and IDE add-ons. ®

Turbo Delphi Explorer is a fixed all-in-one solution with 200+ pre-built drag and drop components providing everything you need to start real Delphi development today.
