Introduction
Milk is my favorite food because when I was young I loved to drink milk before do anything. When I woke up my breakfast was just milk, in the afternoon I used to drink milk as well, and in the night before going to the bed I loved to drink milk. I used to drink milk at least three times per day. I think milk has a good nutritional value. What can differentiate one type of milk to another is its fat percentage. This project will analyze a cup of milk with 2% fat and will compare it with a cup of coconut milk. Prior to doing any research, I believe that 2% milk is healthier than coconut milk, and that is what I will discuss and analyze in my scientific research paper, and finally I will conclude which of the two types of milk is healthier. When I was younger, I always heard my mother saying that I had to drink milk to make my bones stronger. Much about the nutrients of milk, I knew it would be good for the bones because of the calcium, an important nutrient in these two kinds of milk.
