A IMPORTÂNCIA DA LIDERANÇA EM SITUAÇÕES CONFLITIVAS NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES

RESUMO

Esta pesquisa analisa como o gestor está administrado os conflitos dentro de uma empresa de distribuição de bebidas, a Norbram, bem como aqueles surgidos nas atividades diárias, enfocando a atuação do gestor frente a essas situações. O objetivo deste trabalho está em mostrar, através da pesquisa de campo, a importância de um gestor estar bem capacitado, treinado para saber administrar os conflitos dentro da empresa, onde será capaz de tornar um ambiente harmonioso, obtendo com isso, um crescimento humano e profissional eficaz. Através da pesquisa de campo obteve-se dados que ajudaram na construção deste trabalho, constatando-se que é preciso desde a faculdade preparar melhor os futuros administradores para uma liderança mais eficiente, mais firme, onde serão capazes de lidarem com as diversidades dentro de uma organização, para com isso obterem resultados satisfatórios para o mercado de trabalho.

ABSTRACT

This research analyzes as the manager is administered the conflicts inside of a company of distribution of drinks, Norbram, as well as those appeared in the daily activities, focusing the performance of the manager front the those situations. The objective of this work is in showing, through the field research, a manager's importance to be well qualified, to know to administer the conflicts inside of the company, where it will be capable to turn a harmonious atmosphere, obtaining with that, a human and professional growth effective.
