A EUTANÁSIA VOLUNTÁRIA VISTA A PARTIR DO PRINCÍPIO DE AUTONOMIA

RESUMO: O presente artigo tem como objetivo, tratar o problema da eutanásia voluntária na contemporaneidade, a partir do princípio de autonomia em Kant. Analisa o advento da tecnociência e a forma como influência os valores morais na sociedade contemporânea; as mudanças que ao longo da história marcaram a prática e o termo eutanásia; a relevância e os problemas da teoria principialista, como paradigma de reflexão bioética e investiga o problema a partir do conceito de autonomia na filosofia moral kantiana. Propõe a partir da visão kantiana uma análise acerca da eticidade da prática eutanística, tecendo considerações sobre aspectos relevantes da relação entre paciente e profissional de saúde.

ABSTRACT: The present article it has as objective, to treat the problem of the voluntary euthanasia in the contemporary, from the beginning of autonomy in Kant. It analyzes the advent of the technoscience and the form as it influences the moral values in the society contemporary; The changes that throughout history head marked the practical one and the term euthanasia; the relevance and the problems of the principialism theory as paradigm of bioethics reflection and to investigate the problem from the concept of autonomy in the kantian moral philosophy. IE considers from the vision of Kant, an analysis concerning the eticity of the practical of the euthanasia, weaving considerations on excellent aspects of the relation between patient and professional of health.
