Instead, you should eat lots of fruit and vegetables. You should also increase your physical activity, like swimming or working out in the gym. Or exercising outside: running, biking , even walking. Walking an extra mile** every day will also help. Fresh air is good not only for the body but also for the soul. Do you play any sports? Join a club or a league such as basketball or tennis.
