Orientador Prof.  RESUMO No Brasil em seu atual Estado de governo possui uma serie de caractersticas uma delas a criao da sua constituio que possui trs poderes o todo poderoso poder constituinte responsvel pela criao de uma nova constituio e destruio da velha, mas neste trabalho no traremos o seu trabalho a tona e sem outro poder, o poder constituinte Derivado que tem o seu poder limitado ao contrario do originrio mas tem o direito de criar emendas na constituio com uma grande restrio pois trabalhamos no Brasil com um modelo rgido de constituio,iremos prosseguir no nosso trabalho falando especificamente sobre este poder dito limitado, o Decorrente.
