SUMMARY

The Integrated Project Multidisciplinary below was done by me of course student in Human Resources Management Interactive UNIP. The work brings the proposal to improve the practice of concepts learned in the following disciplines: Training and Development, Health and safety at work / benefit and social assistance. The company was selected based on the North Brazil LTDA distributor of cigarettes. That organization is in business to sale and distribution of cigarettes. All information contained in the formulation of this project was obtained from data collected by the management, administrative staff and other professionals who work at this company, focusing on the development of the proposed themes of this work.

After reading and interpretation of all data provided by the company were made observations and suggestions for possible interventions to improve the business. At the end of the research group was the conclusion: it is a relative financial stability, always concerned with the organizational climate and that leads to employees the importance and focus on the same vision and mission as a service that sells high turnover, profitability and complexity.
