RESUMO
Através dos estudos de Piaget, podemos perceber a importância do jogo para o processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Nesse contexto o jogo é considerado como uma importante atividade na educação de crianças, uma vez que lhes permitem o desenvolvimento afetivo, motor, cognitivo, social e moral, e a aprendizagem de conceitos. Neste artigo, destacaremos os estudos e pesquisas sobre o brinquedo de Jean Piaget e suas respectivas contribuições na área educacional, com o objetivo de enfatizar como se processa na idade escolar a relação entre a ludicidade e a aprendizagem, a afetividade e a socialização. Esperamos que este artigo não sirva simplesmente como mais um trabalho acadêmico, mas como um instrumento de pesquisa capaz de despertar em nós, estudantes e profissionais da educação, uma reflexão a respeito da importância da prática da ludicidade no desenvolvimento da aprendizagem do indivíduo.

ABSTRACT
Through Piaget’s studies, we can perceive the importance of the game for the teaching and learning process. In this context the game is considered like an important activity in the children’s education, once it allows them the affectionate, motor, cognitive, social and moral development, and the learning of concepts. In this article we will emphasize the studies and researches about Jean Piaget’s toy and his respective contributions in the educational area, aiming to emphasize how the relation between ludicity and learning, affection and socialization happens. We hope this article is not only another academic paper, but mainly a research tool able to lead us, students and professionals of education, to a reflection concerning the importance of the ludicity practice in the development of the individual’s learning.
