Abstract
In the last two years became larger my curiosity for understanding how companies succeed. In one side to observe how the larger corporation can give leaps in terms of efficiency, fast response time to market, innovate; on the other side how smaller ones can fight against the giants already in the field, with good reputation and a history behind them. Besides the jargon “People are the most valuable assets companies have“ I really though people would make the difference. And it was astounding to me realize how much difference they can make ….
