Inclusão Social

RESUMO Este estudo busca demonstrar a importância do direito à inclusão do portador de deficiência e os benefícios que a inclusão desses cidadãos traz a sociedade brasileira. De forma especifica, se busca contextualizar no sentido de verificar a inclusão do portador de deficiência a sociedade por intermédio da educação, e quais os benefícios que essa inclusão traz não apenas aos portadores de deficiência, mas, notadamente, para a sociedade como um todo. No entanto, é apresentado o conceito da pessoa portadora de deficiência, a discriminação por eles sofrida; a análise do principio da igualdade e do principio da dignidade da pessoa humana; a violação dos direitos da pessoa portadora de deficiência e a inclusão social da mesma no aspecto educacional e ao final será apresentado propostas que visem tornar partícipe da condição de zelar pela cidadania dessas pessoas portadoras de deficiências.

ABSTRACT
Abstract: This research searches to demonstrate to the importance of the right to the integration of the deficiency carrier and the benefits that the inclusion of these citizens brings for the Brazilian society. Of specific form, it is analyzed and are harvested given in the direction of if verifying the integration of the carrier of deficiency to the society for intermediary of the education, and which the benefits that this integration brings not only to the deficiency carriers, but, mainly, for the society as a whole. However, it introduced the concept of the person with a disability, the discrimination suffered by them, the analysis of the principle of human dignity, the violation of the rights of people with disabilities and social inclusion in the same aspect education and the final proposals to be presented to partake in a condition to ensure the citizenship of these people carries of deficiency.
