1. You will need a volt meter. Set on DC voltage. 24vdc scale. 2. Turn power on to panel (Power Circuit). Press Master Power On button. If button lights up this means you have power to this circuit. If not make sure the Deck Controls E-stop & Master Power Off pushbuttons are wired to terminal. If E-stop is not used place jumper between terminal (1031) and (1033) and if Master Power Off is not used place jumper between (1150) and (1151). 3. Put black lead (com) from volt meter to terminal (1032) this will remain here for entire test. 4. The red lead will be your voltage verification lead for entire test. 5. Verify voltage at terminal (1030) if you have voltage go to 6. If not verify that the battery pack disconnect is on. 6. Verify voltage at terminal (1180) if there is no voltage at this terminal the (Power Circuit) is not yet activated. Now that you have voltage at (1180) go to 7. 7. Verify both (PS1200) & (PS1260) Mico circuit breakers are on (all circuits should be green). 8. Verify voltage at terminal (1261). If no voltage turn circuit breakers (PS1260) on. 9. Verify voltage at wire #1261A this wire will be on relay number CR6355. If there is no voltage on this wire make sure the control deck selector switch is in the (DC Mode) position. You should have voltage at terminal (6355). If not make sure that selector switch has a closed contact when in the DC Mode. This contact should be wired between terminal (1251) and (6355). 10. Now that you have voltage at 1261A wire going to (Enable Relays CR2320, CR3320, and CR4320) anytime you press a deck control function it should bring in one of these relays. A. Port Drum Winch Low/High will energize CR2320. This then will turn on contactor P1-1270 Pump #1. B. Starboard Drum Winch Low/High will energize CR3320. This then will turn on contactor P2-1290 Pump #2. C. Sailing Cylinder On will energize CR4320. This then will turn on contactor P3-1310 Pump #3. 11.
