O FENÔMENO BULLYING NO AMBIENTE ESCOLAR

RESUMO: Este artigo procura investigar o fenômeno bullying no ambiente escolar e, como objetivos específicos: analisar se existem consequências do bullying no processo ensino aprendizagem; como os professores devem agir em frente o problema. Busca, portanto, analisar em que medida as práticas institucionais podem intervir na aprendizagem dos alunos em casos de bullying e, amenizar casos de violência e indisciplina na escola. Conclui-se que a escola pode contribuir, prevenindo as manifestações de bullying, intervindo através de projetos e palestras, onde o objetivo deve ser a conscientização dos alunos, no que se refere a agressões e brincadeiras de mau gosto, com a intenção de mostrar aos estudantes o mal que pode ocasionar esse tipo de atitude para os dois lados vítima e agressor.

ABSTRACT: This article seeks to investigate the phenomenon of bullying in the school environment and, as specific objectives: analyze if there are consequences of bullying in the teaching learning process; how teachers should act in front of the problem. Search, therefore, analyses to what extent institutional practices can intervene in students ' learning in cases of bullying and alleviate cases of violence and indiscipline in school. It is concluded that the school can contribute, preventing manifestations of bullying, intervening through projects and lectures, where the goal is to be the students ' awareness as regards assaults and jokes in bad taste, with the intention of showing students the harm they can cause this kind of attitude to both sides both victim and aggressor.
