ALFABETIZAÇÃO, PROFESSOR ALFABETIZADOR E
PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA

RESUMO: É no processo de alfabetização que o educador procura propiciar no educando o gosto pela leitura e o respeito pela língua materna, mas torna-se viável que o professor que alfabetiza seja também um conhecedor das variações lingüísticas, da estrutura e do funcionamento da língua e também das variações dialetais que se apresentam em uma sala de aula. Por isso, este trabalho objetivou conhecer como ocorre o processo alfabetizador e conhecer também quem são os professores da zona rural de Itapetinga-BA, sua formação e como desenvolve sua prática pedagógica. A partir de uma pesquisa de campo, fazendo uso de instrumentos como observação e entrevista, foi possível perceber que estes professores não tiveram suporte para alfabetizar. Reconhecemos que se o professor alfabetizador tem conhecimentos lingüísticos, fica mais fácil o respeito dos vários falares regionais apresentados pela língua a qual vai ensinar e que está presente no cotidiano da sala de aula.

ABSTRACT: It is in the literacy process that the educator tries to propitiate at schoolchild the taste for the reading and the respect for the maternal language, but it becomes viable that the teacher that alphabetizes is also an expert of the linguistic variations, of the structure and of the operation of the language and also of the dialectal variations that come in a class room.
