A sua investigação incide nos media, nas práticas juvenis, nas redes sociais, e noutras intersecções entre a tecnologia e a sociedade. danah examina a utilização dos média por parte dos jovens no seu quotidiano, estudando sites como o Twitter e o Facebook.
