RESUMO
Este estudo ressalta O papel da enfermagem no acolhimento aos pais com filhos internados na UTIN (unidade de terapia intensiva neonatal). O proposto tema instigou a equipe a realizar essa pesquisa bibliográfica que questiona como deve ser estabelecida a relação dos pais com o filho recém- nascido que necessita ficar internado numa UTIN. O apoio da família deve ser primordial juntamente com a equipe de saúde, pois se entende que os responsáveis da criança, ajudam na melhor recuperação, e o trabalho de humanização realizado pela equipe técnica, que pode ser formada pelos médicos, enfermeiros, psicólogos, dentre outros, contribui diretamente para aproximar e ensinar, unindo o cuidar e o acalentar, promovendo assim, o bem estar da família e de todos os envolvidos nesse processo. ABSTRACT
This study underscores the role of nursing in the home to parents with children admitted to the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit). The proposed theme instigated the team to accomplish this bibliographical research that questions how should established the relationship of parents with newborn son that needs to be hospitalized in UTIn. The support of the family must be paramount along with the team of health, because it believes that the child, assist in the recovery, and the humanization of work carried out by the technical staff, which can be formed by doctors, nurses, psychologists, among others, contributes directly to bring and teach, uniting the care for and cherish, thus promoting the welfare of the family and of all those involved in this process.
