Resumo: Este artigo tem como objetivo geral apresentar a dinâmica da cheia do rio Solimões na comunidade de limeira, um estudo de caso, sua importância significativa em decorrência das consequências no cotidiano dos ribeirinhos. Apresentando os variados aspectos e fatores que ocorrem durante esse evento climático, objetivando perceber a influência do clima sobre o dia-a-dia das pessoas e suas atividades socioeconômicas na comunidade de Limeira durante o período da cheia, fenômeno que afeta não somente a área estudada mais também as demais comunidades existentes as margens do rio. Dessa forma, o trabalho esta organizado da seguinte forma, com uma introdução explanada com os objetivos que o trabalho propõe a alcançar. Seguindo com a fundamentação teórica, reforçando e dando ênfase ao tema abordado, finalizando com a consideração final abordando os principais resultados obtidos durante o trabalho.

Abstract: This paper aims to describe the dynamics of the full display of the Solimões River in the lime tree community, a case study, a significant importance due to effects of riparian everyday. Introducing the various aspects and factors that occur during this weather event, aiming to realize the influence of the weather on the day-to-day life of people and their socio-economic activities in Limeira community during the flood period, a phenomenon that affects not only the area studied most other communities also exist the riverbanks. Thus, the work is organized as follows, with a esplanade introduction to the objectives that the work sets out to achieve. Consistent with the theoretical framework, reinforcing and emphasizing the theme discussed, ending with the final consideration addressing the main results obtained during the work.
