A Importância da Motivação nas Organizações[1]

Resumo: O presente artigo científico buscou descrever a importância da motivação nas organizações alinhando objetivos pessoais com a satisfação dos objetivos organizacionais, bem como despertar para as contribuições do que se entende por qualidade de vida do trabalho e do incentivo ao desenvolvimento profissional. O período histórico pelo qual estamos passando é marcado por inúmeras transformações, em virtude da era da globalização, onde as organizações estão inseridas em um ambiente turbulento e competitivo, logo surgindo a necessidade de se buscar soluções para aumentar sua eficácia e a sobrevivência no mercado. Nenhuma organização pode dar certo sem que haja um nível de comprometimento e de esforço viável por parte dos seus membros. Por esta razão, é importante compreender a motivação, assim como os fatores que provocam, canalizam e sustentam o comportamento e sua importância no contexto organizacional.

Abstract: The present scientific article looked for to describe the importance of the motivation in the organizations aligning personal objectives with the satisfaction of the organizational objectives, as well as to wake up for the contributions than he/she understands each other for quality of life of the work and of the incentive to the professional development.
