RESUMO

POLITICA DE SEGURIDADE SOCIAL

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo explicar um pouco o que é a seguridade social e como o trabalho do assistente social dentro da previdência social, as emendas e as alterações jurídicas que elas propõem. Abordaremos aqui alguns dos direitos que propõe a seguridade social e como funcionam as políticas de previdência social, assistência social e a saúde. E pra chegar a as abordagens feitas nesse trabalho usamos como fontes de pesquisa o PLT – Contribuições para a seguridade Social à Luz da Constituição Federal de Fabiana Del Padre Tomé, e os textos:

- Princípios e objetivos da Seguridade Social à luz da constituição Federal de FILIPPO, Filipe.

- As Emendas Constitucionais 20/98, e 27/2000.

- Concepção e Gestão da Política Social não Contributiva no Brasil e Desafios do sistema de proteção social de Aldaiza Sposati.

SOCIAL SECURITY POLICY

This paper aims to explain a little what is social security and how to work within the social welfare, amendments and legal changes that they propose. We will discuss here some of the rights offering to work as social security and welfare policies, social care and health. And to get to the approaches made in this work we use as sources of research the PLT - Contributions to Social Security in the Light of the Federal Constitution of Fabiana Del Padre Thomas, and texts: - Principles and objectives of Social Security in light of the Federal Constitution
