1.THE COMPANY

Euromarine d.o.o is the general representative of the French boat manufacturer Chantiers Jeanneau for Croatia. Chantiers Jeanneau SA (www.jeanneau .fr) is part of the Beneteau Group, a French sail and motorboat manufacturer, with production facilities in France and the United States. Beneteau the largest European nautical boatbuilding leader, producing both sailing and motor boats.

The Beneteau Group is the world’s s leading sailboat builder, continuously increasing and developing its powerboat business within the market, making them one of the most successful manufactures across Europe.
The Group consists of the Beneteau, Jeanneau, Lagoon and Prestige brands and is currently producing over 100 different models ranging from 20 to 60 feet. As of today the company is further extending its range by extending its powerboat section offering luxurious yachts within the Prestige line. Euromarine is the official representative of both the Jeanneau and Prestige segment for Croatia.

Since the company was established in 1993. Euromarine grew from an entrepreneur’s idea into one of the most successful medium-seized companies in Croatia (according to the Forbes magazine list published in 2009). In the past 17 years the company has sold, equipped and delivered over 900 units of Jeanneau boats. The main office is situated in Zagreb and 5 branch offices are strategically positioned along the Croatian coast (the Adriatic sea)– in Pula, Sukosan, Biograd, Split and Dubrovnik. As of today the company consists of over 50 highly educated professionals; naval engineers, financial and law experts, as well as boat mechanics, boat electricians and tourism experts led by CEO Mario Knego.

Euromarine is the founder of one of the first charter fleets in the region. The business strategy is based on the promotion of both charter and sales of Jeanneau boats. Clients can purchase different products such as sailing boats form the Sun, Sun Fast or Sun Odyssey series of
