Coca-Cola is the brand of soda with nutty flavor of Cola-owned by Coca-Cola Company that sells in over 200 countries.
The history of Coca-Cola begins with the arrival of the pharmacist John Pemberton in Atlanta in the United States after the Civil War. By not having any skills in sales, always failed in his creations, to meet the counter Frank Robinson, who ends up becoming a partner.
Back then there were the “Point of Sale”, places where people went after the purchases, to meet and make ice cream and syrup mixed with carbonated water in many different flavors and possibly ended up giving ideas for the productions of a new product. Pemberton spent months in the basement of his home, adding ingredients to the carbonated water to make syrup and sending samples to the “Jacob’s Pharmacy” to test the views of customers.
The product was syrup with carbonated water, served in glass and mixed before serving. At that time, there was no national media and the vast majority of consumers find themselves isolated in small-town visiting the big cities. It was also available in establishments other gifts such as calendars and poster that served as a way consumers look for the name Coca-Cola and remember where they bought.
