RESUMO
A sociedade grega teve uma vivência jurídica intensa, que se difundiu globalmente tanto no teatro quanto na filosofia, como na história e em todas as manifestações de caráter cultural. Nas mais antigas fases do pensamento grego, a justiça foi concebida apenas em um sentido genérico, a partir de concepções preestabelecidas, mas insuficientes para definir a noção da justiça no que ela tem de peculiar e de específico. Tais concepções se manifestam somente de forma dispersa, transpostos nos vários mitos. Dessa forma, o estudo da mitologia grega e de sua literatura se faz necessário para a compreensão da concepção grega da justiça.

ABSTRACT
The society Greek had intense a legal experience, that had spread both in the theater and in the philosophy, as in history and in all manifestations of cultural character. In the oldest phases of the Greek thought, justice was conceived only in a generic sense, from preconceived ideias, but these were insufficient to define the notion of justice in a specific way. Such conceptions only manifest themselves in a dispersed form, transposed in several myths. Thus, the study of mythology Greek and its literature is needed to understand the
Greek conception of justice.

RESUMÈ
La société grecque eut une intense expérience juridique, qui s'était répandue dans le théâtre, dans la philosophie, dans l'histoire et dans toutes les manifestations culturelles.
