Britador

Este trabalho tem por objetivo dimensionar um britador de mandibulas, para a area da construção civil na fragmentação de residuos, diminuindo o volume, na britagem para o processo de reciclagem desses residuos, reutilizando em obras, em aterros sanitarios com o objetivo de dimunir o volume de lixo. Observando as más condições de alojamento de resíduos (lixo urbano) da construção civil no Estado de São Paulo , como tijolos e concreto, surgiu a idéia do britador. Há muitas toneladas de lixo espalhado pelas ruas, e sem destino, acabam degradando o meio ambiente. Nossa visão é, alem de tornar o britador uma maquina util em edificações, estimular a reciclagem e preservação do meio em que vivemos, dando um destino ecologicamente correto para esse “lixo urbano”

This work aims to scale a jaw crusher, for the area of civil construction in the fragmentation of its waste, reducing the volume in the crushing process, for the recycling thereof, reusing in works in sanitary landfills for the purpose of decreasing the garbage volume Watching the bad accumulation condition of construction waste (municipal waste) in São Paulo, such as bricks and concrete, came the idea of the crusher. There are many tons of garbage in the streets, and aimlessly end up degrading the environment. Our vision is, besides making the crusher machine usable in buildings construction, encourage recycling and preservation of the environment in which we live, giving an environmentally friendly destination for this "urban waste".
