PricewaterhouseCoopers Accountants and Advisors (“PricewaterhouseCoopers” or “PwC”) is pleased to present the United Nations Development Programme (hereinafter referred to as “UNDP”, “Client” or “Sponsor”) with our response to your Request for Proposal(“RfP”) for consulting services for a Comprehensive Analysis for the UN Strategic
Development Framework for the occupied Palestinian territory, 2014-2016.
This proposal sets out our understanding of your requirements, our methodology, workplan and tools as well as the added value that PwC can bring to this assignment.
