Welcome to the Holmatro Demonstration. This demo is meant as introductory look at the SolidWorks suite of products to demonstrate ease of use to create parts, assemblies and drawings, simulate parts, control the entire design, and create technical documentation. This demo has been designed to be run in its entirety in 30 minutes to show the full SolidWorks suite of products. The workflow for the demo is to create a part, part drawing, assemble parts and create an assembly drawing, without exposing the user to the burdens sometimes perceived of PDM. When Enterprise PDM is exposed, it is an integral part of the workflow to update the assembly with a new version of a component that needs to be analyzed. We then dig deeper into Enterprise PDM to discover its value and uncover that the technical documentation needs to be updated.

For your Search Paths you want to add several folders to make the search during the demo compelling. I recommend that you search your gripper demo folder and your miter saw demo folder.

Recommended mouse gestures – Highlighted commands are used during the demo. In the Demo Setup folder there is a registry file (mouse gestures.reg) that can be run to automatically set up the gestures below, or you can set up gestures for your own preference manually.
