O TURCO E O CINZELADOR E O SILÊNCIO DOS INOCENTES
THE TURKISH AND ENGRAVER AND SILENCE OF THE INNOCENTS

RESUMO
O artigo trata da relação direito e literatura na obra O turco e o cinzelador de Eneas Barros.
Busca-se pensar o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente de uma forma reflexiva, não apenas decorando artigos, mas fazendo uma análise da obra literária e de como a violação dos direitos fundamentais de crianças e adolescentes pode interferir na formação da personalidade e do futuro destes, levando-os a cometer atos infracionais graves, a se prostituírem por não terem outras alternativas. As omissões do Estado, da sociedade, da comunidade em que vivem e as ações e omissões por parte da família terminam por destruir a inocência e os sonhos de crianças e adolescentes.

The article is about the connection of law and literature in the book The Turkish and Engraver written by Eneas Barros. Way Better this, we seek to teach the Statute of the Child and
Adolescent reflexively, not just decorating articles, but doing an analysis of outstanding literary’s work and as a violation of fundamental rights of children and adolescents can influence the formation personality and future of these, leading them to commit serious offenses, like prostitution because they have no other alternatives. Given the omissions of the
State, society, the community in which they live beyond the actions and omissions of the family who end up destroying the innocence and dreams of children and adolescents.
