O marketing pessoal e a construção da imagem dos pastores neopentecostais

Resumo
O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a construção da imagem dos pastores neopentecostais no Brasil. Pois acreditamos que suas práticas de marketing vão além do uso das mídias massivas, e avança na forma de comunicar os valores simbólicos de suas igrejas por meio da aparência dos líderes. Logo, o crescimento dessas igrejas está relacionado com o marketing pessoal utilizado pelos seus sacerdotes e disso resulta duas variáveis: a expansão de seus templos e a formação de líderes que dominem aspectos gerenciais e competitivos tal qual um profissional de mercado. Assim, a construção da imagem desses pastores surge da educação do corpo, realidade social, estética, racionalização, mensagem, carisma e persuasão. The personal marketing and the construction of the neopentecostais priests image
The objective of this work is to analyze the construction of the neopentecostais priests image in Brazil. Usually their marketing practices goes beyond the use of the massive medias, and developed the form of communicating the symbolic values of their churches through the leaders' appearance. Therefore, the growth of those churches is related with the personal marketing used by their priests and this result in two variables: their temples expansion and the leaders' formation that dominate managerial and competitive aspects just like a market professional. Like this, the constructions of the image begin with the education of the body, social reality, aesthetics, rationalization, message, charisma and persuasion.
