RESUMO
Este trabalho é a respeito das relações interpessoais e trabalho em equipe nas empresas, relacionamento é algo que acontece o tempo todo, o ser humano esta sempre interagindo com outros, e isso é um ponto muito importante dentro das organizações, é preciso saber interagir com os outros para que se obtenha sucesso, tanto profissional como pessoal, e é nesse exato momento que entra o trabalho em equipe, que é através dessa interação com os outros, além dessa interação o trabalho em equipe é jogar de lado todas as diferenças, tendo cumplicidade, companheirismo, ser camarada, e o principal ser um colega atento ao outro ao que esta fazendo e sempre se possível e solicitado estar disposto a ajudar.

ABSTRACT
