Software Livre: Aplicação no Governo Federal

RESUMO

Traça um panorama histórico da utilização do software livre que teve início na década de 80 e de sua utilização no Brasil. Apresenta as definições de software livre e alguns exemplos dos softwares mais utilizados. Posteriormente são relacionadas suas vantagens e desvantagens. E por fim apresenta um estudo de caso da utilização de software livre pelo governo brasileiro.

ABSTRACT

It paints a historical overview of the use of free software that began in the 80s and their use in Brazil. Presents the definitions of free software and some examples of the most widely used software. They are subsequently linked its advantages and disadvantages. And finally presents a case study of the use of free software by the Brazilian government
