ABSTRACT The control and management of information in business are extremely important for them to be able to see clearly where your resources are being used and how this is happening. The Pear Development & Consulting was created to meet the needs of data management, thus presenting the process of establishment of the company in the following parts: Strategic Planning, Development and Product Creation, Risk Analysis, Information Security, E-commerce Infrastructure company, Site managers and Systems Analysis Swot Final. The main objective of enterprises today is to remain competitive in their area of expertise, and it is required to manage all of your organization's data, thus bringing the company a total income in your business, ie control of their data structure thus keeping the business competitive and increasing its vitality in the area. The studies presented in the submission of this paper, which was prepared by prior research done by various means of communications that offered us the information necessary for completion of the same, as the sources of internet and also added the knowledge taught to us in class information Systems Management, Information Security, Virtual Systems and E-commerce, and Strategic Planning thus proving the veracity of the information covered in this project.
