A murder of around six million Jews by the Nazi Party and Adolf Hitler was given the name “Holocaust” which comes from Greek origin meaning “sacrifice by fire”. The author of this paper is going to describe, the origin of the Holocaust Museum located in Washington DC, a brief story about someone who experienced the Holocaust, and a short description of Hitler and psychology.
To begin with the Museum, which after visiting you have a different view of the Jews and the entire incident that happened in Germany during World War II. It was built in 1993 and attracts lots of people how come to learn every year in order to learn more about the Holocaust. The museum is located at the National Mall in Washington DC.
Once individuals have a chance to visit the Museum, you are held an identification card with a concise story about Hela Los a woman from Poland. The card tells the real story of a real person who lived during the Holocaust. As you go through the pages and floors at the building, you have a chance to learn more about this disturbing and sad event. It is very disturbing to realize what human mind is able to achieve; how an individual, Adolf Hitler, was able to lead his people into believe into preserving the pure race, where people who were different were exterminated. It is a very different view from the one we have today, which includes the inclusion of diversity in the workplace and school. He used Jews as "guinea pigs" and treated them as an inferior race; several Jews suffered multiple medicinal experiments, including having their bones broken several times just in order to determine how many times the body would be able to heal itself. The concentration camps treated Jews like animals that were going to be slaughter. One of the most shocking methods of mass murder used during the Holocaust was the use of gas.
