Resumo:

Manter o parque tecnologico e seus componentes atualizados é fundamental para o bom funcionamento de um estabelecimento comercial. Sabe-se que a evolução da tecnologia é constante e mais rápida que uma empresa pode acompanhar. Nesse aspecto vale destacar que quanto maior e melhor o investimento na área de TI, menor será a defasagem e a necessidade de investimento maciço em novas tecnologias.
O bem mais preciso das empresas está em suas informações e protege-los ajuda manter a empresa segura e funcionando e um setor mal estruturado pode acarretar em deficiência nos serviços e nas atividades do core da empresa.
Nesse contexto, a Rede Boa Saúde decidiu que era necessário mudar a forma como organizou seu departamento e fazer uma reestruturação de todos os serviços e funções do setor.

Abstract:
